Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes or facilities, and to develop Plans of Treatment and Care. You will monitor progress and adjust plans to improve communication, swallowing and overall quality of life.
Requirements include CCC-SLP per ASHA, at least six months experience, active license, CPR, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.
