nResponsibilities
nAssess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
nPrepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
nEnsure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
nQualifications
nBachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
nCertification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice
nCurrent CPR certification
nMust have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable transportation
