Job description
Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver specialized therapy for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in patients' homes. You will develop and adjust care plans, work with an interdisciplinary team, and support patient-centered rehabilitation goals.
The role requires a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, a current state license, and CCC-SLP certification.
