Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home health and outpatient therapy services. This role offers opportunities to deliver Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and maximize therapeutic impact within Medicare guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Perform speech, language, and swallowing assessments in home health settings.
Develop personalized therapy plans for communication and swallowing disorders.
Deliver RTM services, including device management and progress monitoring.
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques.
Accurately document all care and services to ensure compliance.
Growth Opportunities
This role has potential for expansion into part-time or full-time employment, including services such as:
Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) : Utilize RTM technology to monitor and manage patient progress remotely, ensuring compliance with CPT codes and Medicare billing.
Outpatient Therapy Services : Provide therapy in clinics or via telehealth, creating personalized treatment plans for various conditions.
Requirements for RTM and Outpatient Therapy
Willingness to obtain a Medicare Provider ID.
Services will be billed under a group using the group's Provider ID.
