Job description
Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation of patients with speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
Functions include coordinating care in patients' homes, planning and evaluating care plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team under physician supervision. Requires state licensure, CCC, and 2+ years in acute or rehab settings.
