Job description
Elite Home Health, part of LHC Group within the Optum family, is hiring a Speech Therapist to assess and treat speech and language disorders in home health settings. You will develop treatment plans, implement interventions, and monitor patient progress in collaboration with the care team.
Required qualifications include licensure as a Speech Therapist in the state of residence and a valid driver's license; CPR certification is preferred.
