Job description
UnitedHealth Group's Willcare/Home Health is seeking a Speech Therapist to assess and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments in home health, developing treatment plans and coordinating with the care team to improve patient well-being.
You will evaluate function, support physicians in plan of care, teach patients and families, and document progress. Licensure, CPR certification, and reliable transportation required; salary ranges from $71,200 to $127,200 plus benefits.
