Job description
Lifeline Health Care of Cumberland, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Speech Therapist in Home Health. You will assess and evaluate patient needs related to speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments, develop treatment plans, implement interventions, and monitor progress in collaboration with the health care team.
Responsibilities include applying state practice standards, conducting functional assessments, educating patients and families, and documenting responses to therapy.
