Job description
St. Mary’s, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Speech Therapist in Home Health to assess and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
Working with the health care team, you will develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient well-being and progress. Responsibilities include evaluating patient function, coordinating with physicians, educating patients and families, and documenting progress.
