Job description
Covenant HealthCare is seeking a Hospice Staff Nurse to perform professional nursing activities as part of Covenant at Home, Hospice and Palliative care programs. The nurse will provide skilled care and teach patients and caregivers, coordinating with the hospice interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements include Michigan RN licensure and BLS, with 2 years’ nursing experience (homecare, ICU, emergency, hospice preferred).
