Overview
We're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a full-time Hospice role.
Position Highlights:
Case management role for hospice patients
Direct patient scheduling = you control your start and end times
Serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes or senior living communities

Requirements:
RN license in the state of CT
Some experience in Hospice required
US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Comfortable with traveling between patient homes (expect 20-40 minutes of driving at times)
