Job description
Affinity Hospice Care is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to support home health patients in California. You will review OASIS assessments, ensure proper ICD-10 coding, and collaborate with clinical staff to maintain data integrity and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include monitoring visit utilization, communicating trends, and participating in quality improvement efforts. A California RN license, 1-2 years of home health experience, and CPR certification are required.
