Job description
Suncrest Hospice in MA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in patients' homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of RNs, Social Workers, Chaplains, CNAs and volunteers to develop care plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, while maintaining quality and compassionate care.
