Job description
Sears in the United States is seeking Project Sales Consultants to join the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission with a W-2 and benefits. Reps work from home with appointments scheduled from our National Sales Center, traveling up to 2 hours around home ZIP.
Leads are provided; no door-to-door sales. We provide training, a laptop, and paid training, with opportunities for career advancement and uncapped commissions.
