Job description
Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician's plan of care. Work under structured supervision of a designated supervisor.
The role requires an active RN license, 3–5 years infusion nursing experience, and CPR certification, with willingness to travel up to 100% for patient care across the network.
