Job description
Option Care Health in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Part-time/Per Diem) to provide safe and effective pharmacy services in the home care setting. You will coordinate with nursing, educate patients and caregivers, and monitor pharmacotherapy outcomes.
Responsibilities include evaluating patient suitability, designing care plans, dispensing medications, and ensuring compliance with DEA and state regulations. Requires active State Pharmacy license and Pharm.D. degree.
