Job description
Option Care Health is seeking an entry-level Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe, compliant pharmacy services for home care patients in a clinical setting. The role collaborates with Nursing, educates patients and caregivers, and ensures high standards of medication use and safety.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy and an active pharmacy license; prior sterile IV or MTM experience is a plus. Travel is limited and all services adhere to regulatory standards.
