nLiberty Nursing Agency Inc is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Infusion Nurse to join our team. nResponsibilities:
nAdminister IV infusion therapies including antibiotics, hydration, IVIG and specialty medications in patients' homes
nAssess, monitor, and document patient responses to infusion treatments and report changes in condition
nInsert, maintain, and troubleshoot peripheral and central venous access devices (PICC lines, ports, central lines)
nEducate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication management, and home care protocols
nCoordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care
nMaintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
nManage infusion supplies for each patient visit
nRequirements:
nActive RN license in the state of New Jersey
nMinimum 1-2 years of infusion therapy, IV therapy, or home health nursing experience preferred
nProficiency in peripheral IV insertion (Port and PICC experience a plus, will train)
nStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
nExcellent communication and patient education abilities
nReliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visit travel
nAbility to work independently and manage a flexible patient schedule
