Job description
KabaFusion in Carmel, IN seeks a licensed Pharmacist to provide safe, patient-centered pharmacy services in the home infusion setting. You will assess therapy, dispense medications, document progress, and coordinate patient care with clinicians.
The role requires 2+ years in acute care or 1 year in home infusion, IV admixture experience, and strong communication. Excellent organizational skills and supervision of staff are essential for success.
