Job description
Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead day-to-day operations and clinical services ensuring safe, home-based intravenous therapies. This role requires strong leadership overseeing sterile compounding, pharmacy personnel, and regulatory compliance while driving branch success.
Location: Hilliard, OH
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Flexibility required for administrative on-call duties
Key Responsibilities: Oversee pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management
Lead recruitment, training, evaluation, and scheduling of pharmacists and technicians
Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy laws and USP compounding standards
Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies and collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care
Participate in budgeting, workflow optimization, and continuous performance improvements
Qualifications & Desired Experience: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
Active, unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist license
Minimum 5 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care
In-depth knowledge of IV admixture services, regulatory standards, and pharmacy staff management
Familiarity with CPR+/CareTend systems preferred
