Job description
Kaleida Health's Home Care-VNA Erie County is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor Home Care to lead the infusion pharmacy, oversee dispensing and distribution, and ensure safe, compliant operations. You will collaborate with the pharmacy manager to implement site procedures and manage resources, staff, and equipment to meet patient needs.
You will supervise and evaluate designated staff, resolve issues with clinicians and families, and serve as supervising pharmacist when the manager is unavailable.
