This is a fully remote role focused on billing, claims resolution, and reimbursement within the home infusion space. If you've worked in home infusion billing and understand the complexity behind payor claims, this is a strong opportunity to step into a role where your experience directly impacts revenue outcomes.What You'll Be DoingManage home infusion billing and reimbursement workflowsHandle accounts receivable and payor collections (not patient collections)Resolve complex claims and denialsEnsure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulationsWork cross-functionally to improve billing accuracy and turnaroundMaintain documentation and billing records in internal systemsQualifications2+ years of home infusion billing experience2+ years in reimbursement / AR / payor collectionsExperience with front-end billing + claims resolutionStrong understanding of HIPAA complianceProficiency with Excel and Microsoft OfficeWhat Makes You Stand OutExperience with Brightree or similar systemsBackground in complex infusion claimsProven ability to meet or exceed billing/collection metricsIf you've worked in home infusion billing and know how to navigate payor claims and reimbursement — let's talk.
