A healthcare facility is seeking a knowledgeable pharmacist with expertise in home infusion services for a contract position in Sapulpa, OK. This role is ideal for a dedicated pharmacy professional skilled in intravenous (IV) medication preparation and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and verify IV admixtures in compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage home infusion therapy orders, ensuring patient safety and medication efficacy.
