A vehicle is provided.We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Home Insulation Technician. The Insulation Tech should have a basic understanding of residential home construction, a customer service mindset and ability to work in a team setting. Day to day tasks include completing installation of energy efficiency products, performing insulation & air sealing services, venting appliances and sealing ductwork. This position is field based in all weather conditions along with performing tasks in attics, basements, crawlspaces, interior and exterior structures. Techs may need to drive a fleet vehicle from company facilities to job locations.For this opportunity, you're a great fit if you can…Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades.Record and report to program staff customers and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements.Troubleshoot technical problems and issues regarding installation in accordance with client specifications.Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.In this exciting career opportunity, you will have:High School Diploma required.6 months – 1 year of utilities, HVAC, residential construction, energy knowledge or relevant experience.21 years of age or older with valid driver's license.Target Compensation…$25.00DOT RequirementsIf applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.Compensation RangeCurrencyTypeHourlyAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
