Our team is growing—and we're looking for hands-on, hardworking individuals who want a rewarding career, not just a job.Position Overview:We're hiring Installation Team Members to work on-site in residential homes, improving comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a reliable team, and making a visible impact each day, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Install insulation (attic, wall, floor, and crawl space)Encapsulate and seal crawl spacesClean and seal duct systemsPerform radon mitigation and other energy-efficiency upgradesOperate tools and equipment safely and efficientlyWork with your crew to complete jobs to company standardsMaintain a clean, respectful jobsiteCommunicate clearly with customers when neededWhat We're Looking For:At least 1 year of experience in construction, HVAC, insulation, or a related field (preferred)Comfortable working in tight spaces like crawl spaces and atticsWillingness to learn and follow instructionsAble to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical laborReliable transportation to our Milton, DE locationStrong work ethic and team-first mindsetMust pass a drug test and qualify for a DOT medical cardWhat We Offer:Weekly Pay: $16–$18/hour starting, depending on experienceFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Short-Term Disability401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO)All tools and equipment providedApp-based checklists and job trackingYear-round work – no layoffs or seasonal gapsA supportive team environment that values your growthSchedule:Full-time (Monday–Friday)8–12 hour shifts, depending on workloadMake a Difference.
