Job description
Fresenius Medical Care Utah is seeking a Home Therapies RN CAP 2 to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. The role may involve delegating tasks to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease team, you will participate in decision‑making, education, and quality improvement.
