Job description
Hueman is seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare and Medicaid members around Leitchfield, KY. This role offers flexible scheduling and the freedom to balance professional goals with personal commitments.
As an NP you will travel to patients' homes, conduct comprehensive non-invasive assessments, review medical histories, and document findings. Training is provided, with liability insurance and scheduling support included.
