Job description
Optum NY/NJ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team serving Orange County, NY, with home visits and periodic video visits for established patients. You’ll work within Crystal Run Healthcare as part of a larger Optum care delivery network.
You will diagnose and treat a range of acute and chronic conditions, collaborate with PCPs, document care thoroughly, and educate patients on prevention and treatment options.
