Job description
Your Health Organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to support patients across the Greenville area. The Visiting Nurse (Nurse Case Manager) will travel to patients’ homes and facilities to assess needs, coordinate care, and initiate telemedicine visits.
This role ensures quality care aligned with laws and policies, with 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday in Greenville Clinic. The chosen candidate will join a team dedicated to delivering compassionate, comprehensive primary care and telehealth
