Job description
Optum HouseCalls in Roanoke, VA is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to perform in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage and other plans. You will identify care gaps, educate patients, and coordinate with PCPs to improve outcomes.
This is a non-prescribing role with substantial autonomy, flexible scheduling (8am-8pm, 7 days a week), and no on-call, weekends, or holidays. Sign-on bonus or loan repayment available, with additional compensation for multilingual skills.
