Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver the physical therapy plan in patients’ homes under a Physical Therapist. You’ll use therapy to improve function, mobility and independence, guided by a licensed clinician.
Required qualifications include a PT license, valid driver’s license, CPR, and ability to work with geriatric patients. English fluency is essential; one year of experience is preferred. This role operates within Humana’s CenterWell network.
