Job description
cdcb seeks a Homebuyer Experience Manager to own the homebuyer pipeline from first contact through closing. You will coordinate open houses, listings, and market readiness while serving as the day‑to‑day interface to the marketing engine for home‑sales promotion.
You will oversee cross‑functional handoffs to counseling and lending teams, monitor end‑to‑end client experience, and identify pipeline blockages with recommendations to CSO and leadership.
