n$18.00 TO $20.00 PER HOUR
nPay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

n$250 SIGN ON BONUS
nQualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.
nTo qualify, you must:
nWork at least 20 hours per week
nHave no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

nYOUR CARE CAN CHANGE SOMEONE'S DAY
nAs an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes .
nYour care can provide companionship, dignity, encouragement, and peace of mind to clients and their families.
nYour responsibilities may include:
nAssisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
nProviding companionship, conversation, and emotional support
nPreparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
nHelping with light housekeeping and laundry
nRunning essential errands and grocery shopping
nProviding medication reminders
nObserving clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
nHelping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
nProviding respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
nWHAT YOU BRING
nWe are looking for caregivers who are:
nCompassionate, patient, and dependable
nProfessional and respectful
nAble to communicate clearly in English
nStrong with organization and time management
nCommitted to client safety and confidentiality
nAble to provide reliable transportation
nHHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable
