Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Coverage Needs: Weekend on-call coverage and rotating holiday coverage required
On-Call: Mandatory
Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,500 - $2,630
Transportation: Reliable transportation required; mileage reimbursement provided
Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
2+ years of experience in a CMS/OASIS Home Health program
Home Health RN experience strongly preferred; 5+ years preferred
Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining strong clinical judgment
Reliable transportation for patient visits throughout the Fairbanks, AK area
Availability for on-call, weekend, and rotating holiday coverage
Strong documentation, time-management, and communication skills
Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in accordance with the plan of care
Complete accurate CMS/OASIS assessments and documentation
Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies
Travel to patient homes and manage a daily caseload with professionalism and compassion
Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled, including weekends and holidays
Maintain high standards of patient safety, communication, and clinical excellence
