Homemaker/Companion – $19–$25/hr | No Experience Required | Flexible HoursLooking for meaningful work but don't have a healthcare background? You don't need one.Abernathy Home Care is hiring caring and dependable Homemakers and Companions to provide non-medical support to older adults living in their own homes.No home care experience or certification is required, and this position does not involve bathing or hands-on personal care. We provide the training you need to get started.If you're reliable, enjoy helping others, and want flexible work that makes a real difference in someone's day, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs a Homemaker/Companion, you'll help clients maintain a comfortable home and continue living as independently as possible.Responsibilities may include:Light housekeeping and household organizationLaundry and changing linensMeal preparationGrocery shopping and errandsCompanionship and conversationAccompanying clients on errands or outingsHelping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable homeProviding friendly, dependable supportThis is a non-medical position.
