Job PostingUniversaCare is hiring a homemaker and companion to care for clients in the Bronx, New York.Pay: $19.65 to $25 per hour. The starting rate is New York's home health aide minimum wage and rises each year with it.Schedule: Part-time and full-time.What you'll do:Provide companionship, conversation and activitiesPrepare meals, do light housekeeping and laundryRun errands and go with clients to appointmentsHelp clients keep a safe, steady daily routineWhat you need:A caring attitude and reliability; caregiving experience is a plusEligibility to work in the United StatesCompletion of the background check and health screening required for the roleBenefits:Weekly payAn easy-to-use app to clock in and out401(k) retirement planReferral bonus: earn $250 for each caregiver you refer once they complete their first 100 hoursTuition assistance after 2,500 hours worked with UniversaCare, for approved programs that advance your career (amount set case by case)
