Homemaker OpportunityCircle of Life is a leading home care agency serving six states. We provide services for seniors, children, and people with disabilities, and our mission is to "honor those we serve." We take pride in the responsibility we have to care for our clients so that they can stay independent in their own homes and communities because we believe that home is the safest place to be. Circle of Life is growing and we're looking for a Homemaker to join our Owatonna team (10-15 hours/week).Position duties include:Visiting clients in their homes and helping maintain their independence.Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.Assisting with daily routines such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.Engaging clients in conversation, recreational activities, or outings as needed.Reporting any changes in client behavior or condition to the leadership team.Maintaining accurate documentation of visits and tasks performed.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred, previous experience in caregiving, customer service or companionship roles is a plus.
