nUrgently Hiring
nPay: $20.00 – $22.58/hr, based on certification and documented experience, Sign-On Bonus up to $700.
nAvailability Needed: Monday – Friday, Time Frame: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

nMost client visits are 1–3 hours , and caregivers may visit multiple clients per day. Weekly hours depend on client needs, your availability, and your service area. Full-time hours may not be available immediately.

n nWhat You'll Do
nResponsibilities depend on your certification level and may include:
nnnCompanionship and household support
n
nnLight housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
n
nnGrocery shopping and client errands (Milage reimbursement is .72 cents per mile)
n
nnPersonal care, grooming, and dressing
n
nnBathing and additional hands-on care for qualified HHA/CNA caregivers
n
n nWhat We're Looking For
nCandidates must be certified for at least one caregiver level:
nnnHomemaker: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker training certificate
n
nnPersonal Care: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker + Personal Care training certificate.
n
nnHHA: Qualifying Home Health Aide certification or active CNA License.
n
nnReliable personal transportation
n
nnComfortable traveling between client homes for short visits
n
nnDependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing in-home care
n
nnPrevious caregiving experience preferred

n*Sign On Bonus - New hires can earn up to $700 during their first 13 work weeks based on completed, verified patient visits. Eligible hours are based on verified patient visits during the applicable Sunday – Saturday work week. Travel time, class/training hours, and hours marked “do not pay” are excluded. The first bonus week is the first full work week following the employee’s hire date.
