You will focus exclusively on selling and servicing homeowners insurance policies, guiding customers through coverage options, and building long-term relationships based on trust and expertise. This role provides the opportunity to grow your earnings, establish yourself as a subject matter expert, and be rewarded for your successManage Policies Negotiate & Ensure Compliance Develop Referral Networks Build & Retain Clients Consult with Expertise Achieve ResultsThe Perfect Match: Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license Bilingual skills in English and Spanish 2+ years of experience in homeowners / property insurance (sales, servicing, underwriting or policy quoting) High School Diploma or GED Strong ability to build customer relationships Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement Strong written and verbal communication skills
