Dallas Honda | Automotive Service Technicians - All Levels

As one of the largest Honda dealerships in Texas, we offer a busy shop, consistent workflow, factory training opportunities, and a clear path for career growth. Our Service Technicians report to the Shop Foreman and is an onsite position at the dealership.

Technician Levels & Qualifications
Express Technician / Entry-Level Technician: 0-2 Years of Automotive Experience or Recent Technical School Graduate
What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and multi-point inspections
Complete Honda maintenance services according to manufacturer standards
Assist experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics
Identify maintenance and repair opportunities during vehicle inspections
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What You'll Bring Basic Automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude
Technical school education
Valid Drivers License
Honda Line Technician
2-5 Years of Automotive Repair Experience
What You'll Do Perform bumper-to-bumper repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, and maintenance services
Diagnose and repair drivability and basic electrical concerns
Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs
Use Honda service information systems and diagnostic equipment
Maintain productivity and quality standards
What You'll Bring
Previous dealership or independent repair experience Diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
Honda certifications/Working towards Automotive Service Excellence certifications
experience in repairs and customer satisfaction
Desire to continue advancing through Honda factory training
Valid Drivers License
Honda Certified Technician
5+ Years of Automotive Technician Experience
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair advanced engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability concerns Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Honda standards
Troubleshoot complex vehicle systems using Honda diagnostic tools
Support shop productivity and quality projects
Mentor and assist developing technicians
What You'll Bring Advanced diagnostic and repair skills
Honda certification(s)
Experience with electrical diagnostics, engine performance, and advanced vehicle systems
Productivity and quality repair history
Valid Drivers License
Honda Master Technician (Preferred)
What You'll Do Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on Honda vehicles
Resolve challenging electrical, drivability, hybrid, and technology-related concerns
Be a technical resource for technicians and advisors
Complete repairs according to Honda warranty and repair standards
Support technician development and shop training projects
What You'll Bring Honda Master Certification
Expert-level diagnostic capabilities
Experience with advanced Honda systems, hybrid technology, and electronic diagnostics
Valid Drivers License
