Compensation: $55,000-$80,000 annual salary
Team Leadership
Lead and develop the Service Advisor team and Service Administrator(s)
Train staff on Walser policies, processes, and scripts, and hold the team to them
Handle schedules, time off, pay rates, and hours worked
Coach, monitor performance, run annual reviews, and handle discipline or PIPs with HR
Partner with Recruiting to interview and hire, and recommend promotions
Escalate employee relations issues to HR when needed
Service Operations
Support the Service Manager in tracking sales, gross profit, effective labor rate, hours per RO, and tech productivity
Route ROs to the right technician based on skill level
Answer customer technical questions and resolve complaints
Keep CSI at or above national average and hit profitability goals
Promote services and manufacturer programs
Keep the service drive, cashier area, and customer lounge clean
Fill in for service staff, close ROs, and help with end-of-day cashier close as needed
Warranty
Verify, submit, and track warranty claims per manufacturer guidelines
Reconcile payments, investigate short-paid or rejected claims, and resubmit when valid
Keep claim paperwork audit-ready
Explain warranty procedures to internal teams
Requirements
Safety eyewear and slip-resistant, hard-toed footwear required in the service department
