Job description
Low T Center in Illinois is seeking Mid-Level Providers (NP/PA/APRN) to join expanding hormone replacement and wellness programs. You will work with a physician director to coordinate patient care, train staff, and ensure high quality service across Hoffman Estates, Burr Ridge and Westmont clinics.
Candidates must hold an active Illinois NP or PA license, a DEA license, and a controlled substances license. Two weeks of paid training are provided, with salary paid hourly during training and
