Job description
South Coast Botanic Garden Foundation seeks a Specialist, Horticulture to maintain permanent collections and seasonal spaces while engaging visitors about the displays. The role is fast-paced and outdoors, with early mornings and occasional weekends or holidays.
Pay is $21–$23 per hour. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a California driver license, and 1–3 years in public gardens or horticulture; benefits include health insurance, PTO and retirement plan participation.
