Salary: $120k-150k Salary + $70k+ Bonuses & Excellent Benefits
Horticulture Wholesale Sales Director - Onsite - Winder, GA
Lead Sales. Build Relationships. Drive Growth.
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead sales strategy, develop a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth for a growing manufacturer, importer, nursery, and distributor of indoor and outdoor home & garden products.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute sales plans focused on revenue and profitability
Establish and manage sales goals, budgets, and performance targets
Set individual sales targets and track team performance
Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team
Provide ongoing training in sales techniques, products, and customer relationships
Develop strategies to expand existing accounts and generate new business
Work closely with Marketing on lead generation and sales initiatives
Monitor sales results and provide regular performance reporting
Promote the company’s products and strengthen market presence
Develop a strong understanding of target customers and their needs
Participate directly in sales, customer development, and key account opportunities
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and overall team performance
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of sales experience
5+ years of sales leadership experience managing a team
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience developing and implementing sales strategies
Strong track record leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong business development and relationship-building abilities
Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven leadership style
Home & garden industry experience strongly preferred
