Job description
Envision Hospice is seeking a compassionate RN Hospice Admission Nurse to perform admissions and patient assessments across Pierce County, WA. The role requires evaluating eligibility, reviewing histories, coordinating with the care team, and educating families in home, assisted living, or skilled facilities.
The position is full-time with Monday–Friday schedule. Travel to nearby counties is required, and compensation ranges from $52.00 to $63.00 per hour plus comprehensive benefits.
