Job description
Paradigm Health in Indiana is seeking a Full-time Hospice Admission RN to join a patient-focused, team-driven environment. The role covers counties surrounding the office location, reporting to the Clinical Coordinator and Intake Nurse to learn daily tasks and visits, including hospice evaluations and urgent change-of-condition visits.
