Job description
Paradigm Health in Indiana is seeking a Full-time Hospice Admission RN to cover the territory surrounding the office location. You will report to the Clinical Coordinator or Intake Nurse each shift and perform hospice evaluations, urgent visits and routine coverage as needed.
