Job description
Kaiser Permanente Hospice is seeking a visiting nurse to perform admissions and intervention visits in Kitsap and Pierce counties, primarily Kitsap, with occasional coverage into Pierce. The 32-hour/week, second-shift role includes weekend and holiday rotation.
Provides skilled nursing in home health, palliative and hospice programs, with collaboration from an interdisciplinary team. Requires RN licensure, 2+ years in relevant settings, and strong independent work skills.
