Job description
GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Hospice Admissions Nurse to assess patients in their homes or hospitals and prepare them for entry into Gilchrist Hospice Care services. You will act as an ambassador for GBMC HealthCare within the service area, coordinating with the team and community resources to ensure seamless admissions.
The role requires a Diploma, ADN or BSN, and a current Maryland nursing license, with at least three years of nursing experience.
