Job description
Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Hospice services in Illinois. You will lead the interdisciplinary team, assess patients, obtain consent for hospice care, and verify prognosis with the IDT.
Travel between Advocate Aurora locations is required, with shifts spanning late afternoons and weekends. The role requires an RN license in the state, BLS certification, and approximately 2 years of direct patient care.
